Is this a paid internship?

  • ​​No, this is an unpaid internship program.
When and where will the learning opportunities be held?
​
  • A majority of the learning opportunities will be held at the Honolulu Police Department's Ke Kula Maka'i Training Academy in Waipahu (93-093 Waipahu Depot Street, Waipahu, HI 96797).  Generally, the learning opportunities will be on weekday evenings or Saturdays.
When is the program start date for the Pathways Internship Program?

  • The anticipated program start date for the Pathways Internship Program is January 13, 2025.
Is a certain major or field of study required to be considered?

  • A specific major or field of study is not required to be considered.
How many hours are required to complete the Pathways Internship Program?

  • The internship requires 120 hours.
