Metropolitan Police Recruit (MPR) applicants and Metropolitan Police Reserve Officer (MPRO) applicants must also pass a Physical Trainability Test (PTT) in order to continue their application process.
The Physical Trainability Test includes four events (below).

Passing the PTT does not guarantee an applicant a position with the Honolulu Police Department. In addition to the PTT, applicants must successfully pass the remainder of the application process in order to be selected.
